Hi, I’m Peter A. Mello, the founder of Sea-Fever Consulting LLC.

I believe that each of us has the ability to make the world a better place and it all starts with taking action today on things that are important to you. It’s not about your title at work, position in the community or role in your family.  It’s about making a difference in a world that offers plenty of opportunities.  It’s about leadership.

Leadership, in it’s simplest form, is action and positive influence; any person or organization can do it. I founded Sea-Fever Consulting to help individuals and organizations to learn to exercise leadership more effectively.
